David M. Tower is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire (1965) and Suffolk University Law School
(1970). He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1970 and to the New Hampshire Bar in 1971.
Mr. Tower has also been admitted to practice before the Federal District Court for the District of New
Hampshire (1973), the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States
Supreme Court (1980).
Mr. Tower has been engaged in the practice of law in Jaffrey, New Hampshire since 1974 and is the senior
partner in the firm of Tower & Crocker, P.A. He concentrates his law practice in the areas of real estate,
business, municipal, and probate law.
Mr. Tower has been a resident of Rindge, New Hampshire since 1965. He has been an active member of
that community, having served on the Town of Rindge Zoning Board of Adjustment,the Town of Rindge
Planning Board, and the Jaffrey-Rindge School Committee. Mr. Tower is a former board member and
board chair of the Monadnock Community Hospital, and of the Southwest Region Planning Commission.
He currently serves as trustee of the Cathedral of the Pines in Rindge.
In addition, Mr. Tower has been the Town of Rindge Moderator since 1972 and Jaffrey-Rindge School
District Moderator since 1991.
He is a past President of the Monadnock Rotary Club and a founding member of the Jaffrey-Rindge
Rotary Club, having served as its initial president in 2002.
Mr. Tower has two sons, David Martin Tower, Jr. and Stephen Blake Tower.
